I’m drawn to the kind of therapy that helps people come home to themselves. My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems, a model that honors the many parts we carry—and the wisdom beneath them all. I hold a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate.
It is my belief that therapy is spacious, collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for your inner world. It’s a place to slow down, tend to what needs care, and reconnect with the Self that’s always been there.

Psychedelic experiences can bring powerful insights, emotional release, or unresolved wounds to the surface. These sessions offer a grounded, supportive space to prepare for and integrate those experiences—whether with ketamine, MDMA, or psilocybin-assisted therapy.
Psychedelic Integration Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to explore what’s beneath the anxiety, self-doubt, or stuck patterns that keep showing up in your life. Using a warm, grounded approach rooted in Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and somatic work, sessions support you in understanding your protective responses, healing past wounds, and reconnecting with your true Self.
Individual Therapy
Relationships have the power to bring up our deepest wounds—and also to help us heal. In couples therapy, we explore the patterns, triggers, and protective parts that show up between you and your partner.
