I became a therapist because I had a therapist who changed my life. Her steady presence, warmth, and unconditional acceptance helped me return to myself—and I knew I wanted to offer others the same. I am drawn to the kind of therapy that helps people come home to themselves.

The Internal Family Systems (IFS) model guides much of my work, because it reflects something I’ve always sensed to be true: we all carry many parts within us, and even the ones that feel reactive or stuck are trying to protect something tender underneath. In this kind of work, we slow down, tune into the parts of you that need care, and begin to unlearn the messages that made you doubt your worth in the first place.

I believe we all carry an inner source of wisdom—whether you call it Soul, Spirit, God, or simply your truest Self. Therapy is where space is created for that voice to be heard. My role is not to direct that process, but to support the conditions that allow your own healing to unfold from within.

"My partner and I came to Kira feeling like we kept having the same fight over and over again. What stood out right away was how she helped each of us understand the deeper reasons behind our reactions, and the childhood stuff that was still playing out in our relationship. We learned how to take responsibility for our childhood wounds, and show up for each other from a more connected and loving place."

"Before starting therapy with Kira, I was stuck in a cycle of overthinking, people-pleasing, and self-doubt. We created a space where I could actually slow down and hear what was going on underneath all of that. I was able to start letting go of old beliefs and patterns I didn’t even realize I was carrying. I feel more grounded, more connected to myself, and more able to set boundaries in my life."

Individual Testimonial

"Working with Kira has felt like a return to myself. I’ve done a lot of therapy in the past, but something about the blend of parts work with somatic work and deeper reflection helped things finally click. Our work helped me understand the parts of me I used to judge, and instead, meet them with compassion. I’ve come away with a stronger connection to my inner wisdom and a softness I didn’t know I was allowed to have."

Individual Testimonial

"I was raised in a family where we didn’t talk about emotions, and then I went into a job where I was trained to keep everything in. For a long time, I didn’t think therapy was for people like me. But I didn’t feel judged or pushed—I could just start being honest about what I’d been holding in. I was able to realize that having needs doesn’t make me weak, and that it’s okay to care for myself, not just everyone else."
