If you are interested in beginning, fill out the form below. We will schedule a 10 minute consultation where l'll ask a few questions to ensure I provide the kind of services you are looking for. If we move forward, we will schedule a 50 minute intake session where you will decide if you'd like to continue with weekly.
Our first session is really just about getting to know you—your story, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’re hoping for. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, any relevant history, and what’s felt supportive or unsupportive in the past.
Systemic therapy looks at the bigger picture—not just what’s happening inside you, but also how your relationships, family history, culture, and environment shape your experiences and perspectives. Rather than viewing anxiety/depression in isolation, we explore the patterns and dynamics you’re part of. This lens is especially helpful when working with couples, families, or individuals navigating relational challenges, identity, or intergenerational trauma.
Parts Work, also known as Internal Family Systems (IFS), is based on the idea that we all have different parts within us—like a part that wants connection, a part that avoids vulnerability, or a part that criticizes. These parts develop to protect us, especially in response to past hurt. In therapy, I help you build a relationship with these parts from a grounded, compassionate place within yourself, so you can understand their role and shift stuck patterns.
With couples and families, I focus on the relational system you’re part of. That means looking at the interaction patterns, communication cycles, and emotional wounds that show up between you—not just within each person. I help each partner or family member get to know their own protective responses while creating space for more understanding, repair, and connection between you.
Sometimes! If it feels aligned with your goals, I may offer journaling prompts, reflection exercises, or book to explore between sessions. These are always optional and meant to support your growth—not another thing on your to-do list.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, self-worth, boundaries, identity development, and healing from relational or childhood trauma.
